10.00 – 11.00am – Baby Massage

5.00 – 6.00pm – Pilates (Mixed Ability)

6.15 – 7.15pm – Pilates (Mixed Ability)

7.30 – 9.00pm – Pregnancy Yoga

 

FRIDAYS

8.00 – 9.00am – Early Bird Yoga

10.30 – 11.30am – Post Natal Pilates (babies welcome!)

7.30 – 9.30pm – Simply Dance Fridays
